The basic image in “Lady Gaga On Capitol Hill” was shot on the screen when she sang her unique and very moving and powerful rendition of the national anthem at President Biden’s inauguration on Capitol Hill on January 20, 2021 – see it here only focusing on her. It has several layers, elaborate pattern changes, handmade digital colouration and pencil strokes. I only wish I could have included more of the big golden peace dove she wore – which you only see the wing of at the bottom of my image – but which is very visible in the video.
